Abstracts and Papers Submission
Paper selection will be based upon a reviewed abstract of 500 words minimum with a maximum of two pages. The abstract should clearly state the purpose, the methodology, the results and the conclusions of the work. It should indicate the name of the authors, affiliation and address with phone, fax and e-mail. Preferably, abstracts should be sent by e-mail ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) in word-, ps-, or pdf-format in due time, as indicated below:
Abstract due: 1 October 2008
Notification of acceptance: 31 October 2008
Once you have been informed that your abstract is accepted, you can prepare your full-length draft paper, following the appropriate paper templates provided for Word and Latex:
The maximum number of pages of your draft paper is 10.
Your draft must be submitted as a PDF file with your paper number in the filename (e.g. RADIATION2009-34.pdf) by e-mail to email@example.com
